These smoothies are so delicious, satisfying, and filling that you can have them for breakfast or an indulgent midday snack! They taste so good that it’s hard to believe they’re so low in calories.
Watermelon with a Hint of Mint
2 cups seedless watermelon + 2 tablespoons fresh mint + 1/3 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
Peaches & Cream
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh peaches + 1/2 cup nonfat buttermilk + 1/2 medium banana + 2 teaspoons honey + 1/2 cup crushed ice
Pineapple Piña Colada
1/2 medium banana + 1/4 cup light coconut milk + 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple + 1/4 cup chilled pineapple juice + 1/2 cup crushed ice

Berry Good Smoothie
Get the energy you need before your morning workout with this delicious smoothie!
1 1/2 C chopped strawberries
1 C blueberries
1/2 C raspberries
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 C ice cubes
Blend all ingredients.

Fresh flavors inside an energy boosting, nutrient packed smoothie. This one is a real treat.
How to: Place 1 green apple (with skin, cored, and cut into chunks), ½ cup frozen spinach, ½-inch piece peeled, fresh ginger (cut into small pieces), and ½ cup water into a blender. Blend until smooth. Serves 1.
Extras: Blend in ½ of an avocado or fresh lime juice.

How to: Place ¾ cup frozen blueberries, 1 tablespoon almond butter, and ½ cup unsweetened almond milk into a blender. Blend until smooth. Serves 1.
Extras: Add 2 tablespoons unsweetened, shredded coconut, a peeled frozen banana, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons rolled oats, ½-inch piece peeled, fresh ginger, or 2 tablespoons flax meal.
Sunrise Tea Smoothie
Wake up with this metabolism boosting smoothie!
- 2 bags mint-flavored green tea, such as Tazo Zen
- 1/2 cup diced mango
- 1/2 cup diced papaya
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup (see recipe below)
- 1/2 cup ice
- Juice from 1/8 of a lemon
1. Steep tea in 1 cup boiling water for 3 minutes.
2. Combine tea, 3/4 cup cold water and remaining ingredients in a blender. Blend until cold and frothy.
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
Bring water and sugar to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes, and let cool. Makes about 3 cups.

Blend 1 banana, 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup each vanilla yogurt and milk, 2 teaspoons honey, a pinch of cinnamon and 1 cup ice.
Blend 2 cups strawberries, 1 cup crumbled pound cake, 1 1/2 cups each milk and ice, and sugar to taste. Top with whipped cream and more strawberries.
